By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink (including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Refund Policy).

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our site accurate and current, but we don’t guarantee that everything is complete, error-free, or up to date. Section 4 — Modifications & Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, and we’re not liable to you or any third party for changes in pricing, availability, or functionality.
Section 5 — Products & Returns
Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Skin sensitivities vary — please read the ingredient list and patch test new products on a small area of skin for 24–48 hours before regular use. Stop using the product and consult a medical professional if you experience irritation or an adverse reaction. Our products aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are final sale. Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hey@mowebeauty.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Full details are in our Shipping & Refund Policy.
We do our best to display product images and descriptions accurately, but we can’t guarantee that your device’s display will show the exact appearance of the product.
Section 6 — Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders placed using the same account, payment method, or shipping address.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and account information and to update it promptly if anything changes.
Section 7 — Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes apply only to eligible items, are limited to one per order, aren’t stackable with other offers, have no cash value, can’t be applied to prior purchases, and may be modified or revoked at any time. We may cancel orders where we believe promo codes are being misused.
Section 8 — Optional Tools & Third-Party Services
We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we don’t control. These are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. We’re not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services accessed through our site.
Section 9 — User Content & Submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, feedback, or other content — including by tagging us on social media — you grant us the right to use, reproduce, adapt, and share that content without restriction or compensation. You agree that your submissions won’t violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or misleading material.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moove Beauty LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You and Moove Beauty LLC each waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
