What does “Beauty Made for Movement” mean?

Beauty Made for Movement is our philosophy that makeup should work with your lifestyle, not against it. Most traditional makeup was designed for still moments. But skin behaves differently when you're active. Circulation increases, temperature rises, and sweat becomes part of the experience. MOWE products are created to support skin in those moments, helping you feel confident, comfortable, and put together while you move.

Are MOWE products clean and vegan?

MOWE formulas are developed to meet the Clean at Sephora guidelines and are made without ingredients like parabens, phthalates, PFAS, or synthetic fragrance. All MOWE products are vegan and we do not test our formulas on animals.

What ingredients do MOWE products avoid? 

MOWE formulas are developed to meet the Clean at Sephora guidelines and are made without ingredients such as parabens, phthalates, PFAS, formaldehyde and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, oxybenzone, octinoxate, hydroquinone, triclosan, coal tar, methylisothiazolinone, and plastic microbeads. Beyond these standards, we also formulate with movement in mind and avoid ingredients known to clog pores or overwhelm skin during heat, sweat, and activity. Our goal is makeup that performs while respecting the health and balance of skin in motion.

Are MOWE products suitable for all skin types?

MOWE formulas are designed to be gentle, breathable, and supportive, making them suitable for most skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin. However, every person's skin is different. If you have specific concerns or medical conditions, we recommend consulting your dermatologist before introducing any new skincare or makeup products.

Are MOWE products safe to use during pregnancy?

MOWE formulas are thoughtfully developed with skin health in mind and follow strict clean beauty guidelines. Many people choose products formulated this way during pregnancy. However, every pregnancy is different. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists and consulting with your doctor or dermatologist before introducing any new skincare or makeup products during pregnancy.

Will MOWE makeup last through workouts and sweating?

Yes. MOWE products are designed to perform through sweat, heat, and activity. That said, our approach isn't “performance at all cost.” While longevity matters, we believe makeup should also respect and support the skin during physical activity. Instead of relying on heavy, occlusive formulas, MOWE products combine breathable textures with skin-supporting ingredients so you can feel comfortable and confident while you move.

Shipping, Returns & Everything in Between

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carriers can deliver. We don't ship internationally at this time.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Free standard shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $60 (before tax).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Express orders placed before 2 pm ET Monday through Friday typically ship the same day. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your address and the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate a change or cancellation. Email us at hey@mowebeauty.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we can't make changes, but you're welcome to initiate a return once it arrives.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be new, unopened, sealed, and in their original condition. Single-use and sample products cannot be returned unless they were damaged in transit. Gift-with-purchase and free promotional items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refused shipments are not eligible for a refund.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us at hey@mowebeauty.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If it hasn't posted within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please reach out and we'll look into it.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Email us at hey@mowebeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue. Once verified, we'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available.
