Shipping & Return Policy

Moove Beauty LLC d/b/a Mowe Beauty (“Mowe,” “we,” “us”) ships across the United States. This policy explains how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds for orders placed on www.mowebeauty.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carriers can deliver. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Express orders placed before 2 pm ET Monday through Friday typically ship the same day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $60 (before tax) to U.S. addresses. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, but times vary by carrier and destination.

Lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages

Once your order ships, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building first, then email us at hey@mowebeauty.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused shipments are not eligible for a refund.

Returns

Return window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Single-use and sample products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift-with-purchase items and free promotional items are non-returnable.

How to start a return

Email us at hey@mowebeauty.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item, and we're not responsible for packages lost in transit on the way back to us.

Refunds

How refunds are processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If it hasn't posted within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please reach out and we'll look into it.

What's refunded

Refunds cover the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any taxes or fees associated with the original order that are non-recoverable are not refunded.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or arrives defective, please email us at hey@mowebeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue. Once the defect is verified, we'll send a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available.

We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as damaged or defective on a case-by-case basis. Normal signs of use, color preference, or change of mind are not considered defects.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you'd like.
